I missed the link to the survey in the show notes, maybe it is already closed out. I recently discovered your podcast, and greatly appreciate the episodes. For those of us that aren’t RD or RDNs if you could go into more of the science during the episodes that would be appreciated. For example if the topic is about a plant based diet, spending a few minutes before or after the interview going into something related (the types of fibers and how the body break them down?) Little condensed food science lessons at the end of an episode would be greatly appreciated as we try to build our knowledge base, then maybe the listeners with that background and understanding will just stop after the interview . Thanks for everything you do getting good information out there !

      Hi Sarah,
Thank you so much for your feedback – this is a great idea and very helpful! I will definitely add this to my future episodes and truly appreciate your insight!
BTW – love that you spell your name with an “H” – just like my daughter 🙂
