Judy Barbe is a registered dietitian who has been bringing realistic solutions to tables for more than 20 years. As the author of Your 6-Week Guide to LiveBest, Simple Solutions for Fresh Food & Well-Being and LiveBest Seasonally, a Fresh Approach to Living with Vitality, she shows people how to make better-for-you choices through her website, original recipes, speaking engagements, newspaper columns, blogs and webinar series.

Hi Melissa,
Learning from the experts, I’ve listed to dozens of your podcasts. So I was delighted to be record one with you. Fun to share tips in episode #059. My dad gave it two thumbs up!
Thanks,
Judy
It’s hard to pick just one but my favorite way to do M.O.R.E. with dinner is being involved every step of the process! To elaborate every spring and summer I spend time planting a garden full of fruits and veggies that I can incorporate into meals. I even built a compost box to reuse some of those kitchen scraps for nutritious soil. It’s is such a fun and rewarding experience to be able to eat what you have grown and re-purpose what you don’t!
Hi Heather – thanks so much for sharing your favorite way(s) to do more with dinner! I love it! If you haven’t already listened to my podcast interview with Jen Haugen about creating your recipe for a nourishing life and her book “The Mom’s Guide to a Nourishing Garden” – I think you will REALLY enjoy it!!
