Melissa I’ve enjoyed ALL your podcasts – congrats on your show! This one especially resonated for me and really loved it. As a registered dietitian nutritionist I know we all have our own story of choosing the path of nutrition. I’ve known Lauren for years through our professional association and affiliations but did not know her background. So very much enjoyed hearing her story and the path she has taken. Lauren is such a beautiful woman and down-to-earth – what a testament to her clients that yeah, I get that, I know where you’re coming from. Plus, her philosophies are so on target and align with mine. Wow. I cannot wait for her book. So needed! High protein breakfasts are one of the first things I target with my clients. Loved it and keep up the great work! Neily ~
