My favorite way to enjoy Greek yogurt is as a snack! Paired with berries or a piece of fruit and it is the perfect mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack to get me through the work day!

Thanks Jill!! Great way to pair two food groups for a nutrient-rich snack 🙂

  2. Judy on August 18, 2016 at 1:11 pm

Hi Melissa, I enjoyed listening to you and Toby. Her story about the woman who found a way to enjoy rice pudding even though she is lactose intolerance was a great reminder about the power of food and people.

Thanks Judy! So true about the power of food in our relationships, culture and community!
